The zipcode used for the DV-2003 Program corresponds with that for all natives of the continent of Africa, which includes North Africa. The first envelope is an example of an Algerian native living in Algeria; the second is for an Algerian native living in France. Note that the place of birth MUST be included first, as well as the full address. Size of the envelope permitted is included. Mail ONLY by REGULAR or AIR MAIL. DO NOT send by registered, priority, or any other type of mail that takes special handling or the immigration office will not accept it.
