The Amazigh new year is just around the corner and it's a celebration not to be missed! The event, which has been held annually in Boston since early 2000 , is a unique opportunity to learn more about the North African indeginous Amazigh, their culture and history. This year, the celebration will take place at the armory hall in Somerville, Massachusetts on January 14th at 6PM and will include presentations about the event, live music from Kabyle, Souss, and the Rif region , Tea & light traditional food, and lots of folkloric dances. This is a not-to-be missed event which is open for anyone interested in learning more about one of the world's most ancient cultures!
